Baba Musah Hamadu, the 22-year-old forward for Samartex, has achieved his season target with the Ghana Premier League club.

Hamadu has been outstanding in the ongoing campaign, tallying 10 goals and 6 assists across 29 games. Known for his goal-scoring prowess, he made a name for himself at Dreams FC and later at Skyy FC, where he scored 20 goals, helping the Daboase-based club finish second in Zone Two of the Division One League in the 2022/23 season.

Over the weekend, Hamadu scored his tenth league goal in Samartex's 3-0 victory over Bofoakwa Tano on matchday 30. Reflecting on his performance, Hamadu said, “During my spell with Skyy FC, I scored double-figure goals in my first season to help my team finish second in the Division One League.My objective was to hit double figures with Samartex, and it has come to pass.

Having achieved my target, I will continue to work hard to move forward.”With four games remaining in the campaign, Samartex sits atop the Ghana Premier League standings with 55 points. Hamadu and his team are focused on maintaining their lead to secure the league title by the end of the season.
