Bibiani Gold Stars striker Samuel Attah Kumi says he will stay patient and continue to work hard after ending a wait for a breakthrough season in the Ghana Premier League.
Kumi, 25, who was in the books of Karela United has scored seven goals with one assist in 16 matches, and says everything fell into place for him in the first round of this season's campaign.
Kumi made his switch to Gold Stars in August, 2024 from Karela United, inking a two-year deal with the Gye Nyame Boys.
“Hard work keeps me going this season. I’m hoping for more after scoring seven goals in the first round of the campaign. I spent four seasons at Karela United without making waves. I believe this is my time to flourish. I will also credit my teammates for their support,” said Atta Kumi.
Kumi's current form has threatened to shatter the hearts of defenders in the Premier League - making them gasp for air, with his dribbling skills and ability to finish off half chances which have proved difficult for many to handle.
