Kumasi Asante Kotoko forward Seidu Bancey has been suspended for the rest of the 2015/2016 Ghana Premier League.
The 26-year-old was charged for assaulting match official in their match against New Edubiase.
The Disciplinay committee of the Ghana Football Association ruling states that his punishment takes effective from this day August 19, 2016 as a result of his misconduct.
The GFA Disciplinary warned the player to be of good behaviour and that should he be found guilty of any misconduct charge, the Committee shall apply severe sanctions against him.
Bancey joined the Porcupine warriors this season during the second round transfer window of the Ghana Premier League.
