Asante Kotoko head coach, Seydou Zerbo says his ambition is to have a great season with the Porcupine Warriors.
Asante Kotoko had a difficult start of the 2022/23 season's campaign after suffering an elimination from the CAF Champions League by Burkinabé side RC Kadiogo on penalties after the two-legged fixture had ended in 1:1 aggregate.
However, the Porcupine Warriors returned to the domestic to record a win over Nsoatreman FC and shared spoils with Hearts of Oak before whipping King Faisal 3:0 in the Kumasi derby on Monday.
Ugandan striker Steven Mukwala scored the opener before captain Richard Boadu and Nicholas Mensah worsen the plight of King Faisal.
Asante Kotoko are fifth with seven points but have a game in hand.
Speaking after the game, Seydou Zerbo says his ambition is to have a nice season with the Baba Yara outfit.
"Our ambition is to have a very nice season. I wouldn’t say winning the trophy or something but having a nice season,” he told StarTimes.
