Supporters wing of Hearts of Oak, National Chapters Committee's Public Relations Officer Kobby Jones has revealed that head coach Slavko Matic doesn't listen to the board chairman Togbe Afede's advice.
Slavko Matic was appointed to replace Samuel Boadu after a series of poor performance at the start of the season.
Hearts of Oak lost painfully by 1:0 to Great Olympics in week 19 of the Ghana Premier League(GPL) on Wednesday.
The Phobians will be facing their arch-rivals, Asante Kotoko in their next game at the Accra Sports stadium on Sunday.
Hearts of Oak haven't been impressive after winning only a game in their last five games.
Kobby Jones alleges that Slavko Matic doesn't listen to Togbe Afede's advice.
"He has sacked the senior players and now the team is failing to perform. We will not allow that to happen," he said on Asempa FM.
"We don't need the services of [Slavko] Matic because we are even told that he doesn't listen to the board chairman[Togbe Afede]," he alleged.
"We know the management are in charge of the team but we will prevent the coach from holding training today," he added.
