Astute and renowned sports journalist, Sadick Adams popularly known as Sports Obama in the sports media industry has refuted the allegations levelled against him of accusing Kumasi Asante Kotoko of giving out bribe in their match against Techiman City in match day fifteen of the Ghana Premier League with ended 4-2 in favor of the porcupine warriors.
Speaking exclusively with kickgh.com, the journalist claim he never said anywhere that the Kotoko team greased the palm of Techiman City before winning the game emphatically at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Voice of Sadick Adams was captured in a show he did with his station of employment, Atinka FM in Accra which suggested Kumasi Asante Kotoko had already bought the game an hour before that particular game which he was present at the stadium but Sadick says he was taken out of content and never meant what other journalists are saying.
"I never said anywhere that Kotoko bought the game against Techiman but it is just some section of the media that want to sway away from the content of my speech as they only took a part of my full statement to accuse me of saying that."
The Ghana Football Association President, Kwesi Nyantakyi has opened stated that there are cases of bribery in the game and that necessary actions are to be taking even though there are no concrete evidence to that.
