Newly-promoted BetPawa Premier League side Tamale City FC have sealed the capture of young attacker Nana Yaw Antwi, on a free transfer.
Antwi, 22, who was on the books of relegated Ghana Premier League side Elmina Sharks FC last season making a hand full of appearances for the “Sharks” as he looks to taking up a new challenge to get another go in the newly branded BetPawa Premier League this season, after ending his stay with the Elmina based club.
Tamale City FC in their debut BetPawa Premier League has augmented their young squad with players of some Premier League experience, to build a competitive squad to face off against the odds with the capture of Nana Yaw Antwi and a few other familiar names of the Ghana Premier League.
The Citizens will start off their BetPawa Premier League debut campaign away to Karela United FC at the CAM Park, Ayinase on the opening weekend of the season.
