Nebojsa Kapor, the head coach of Medeama SC, has voiced his worries regarding his team's inability to convert chances into goals despite their impressive performances on the pitch.
Following a narrow 1-0 loss to league leaders Samartex 1996 during Week 24 of the 2023-2024 Ghana Premier League season at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena Samraboi, Medeama SC currently finds themselves in the ninth position on the league table with 33 points.
Addressing the media at a pre-match press conference ahead of their upcoming Match Day 25 clash against Accra Hearts of Oak at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa, Kapor expressed frustration over the persistent issue of goal-scoring that has plagued his team.
"It's a very difficult situation to explain. The players are doing everything to score. Sometimes in the game, we shoot very well. For me, we must continue to work very hard because it's not one player's fault," Kapor emphasized.
"The whole team can't score. I try to tell them not to be negative but to focus and overcome this period."
