Passionate Hearts of Oak fans at Abrankese wore their sentiments on their sleeves during the team's 1-1 draw against Nations FC at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.

Supporters took displaying placards with various messages, reflecting their frustration, particularly directed at the team's leadership.

Among the messages was a placard stating, "We don't need Nyaho," indicating discontent under the leadership of Togbe Afede. Some fans expressed concern about the team's consistent challenges, and one placard read, "Hearts keep sinking under Togbe Afede."

Addressing potential interference, certain placards conveyed, "Some board members are interfering with the coach’s job." In response to the vacant managerial role, supporters emphasized, "We need a competent local coach," underlining the absence of a replacement for the departed Martin Koopman.

Criticism also surfaced regarding the team's goal-scoring struggles, with supporters advocating for new strikers. The message on some placards was clear: "We need strikers." A poignant note echoed the sentiment, "Hearts are bleeding."

The 1-1 draw against Nations FC saw goalkeeper Ayi once again facing criticism for the 94th-minute goal conceded. 

Surprisingly, Hearts of Oak has secured only 17 points from the available 45, prompting further concerns among the passionate Phobia fans.
