WAFA midfielder, Michael Kyei Dwamena has touched down in Kumasi to finalize his move to Asante Kotoko in the coming days, Kickgh.com can exclusively report.
The 23 year old since the start of the ongoing transfer window, has strongly been linked with a move to the giants but is still yet to materialize.
The lanky middleman has been outstanding for the Academy Boys and last season was of no exception with consistent stellar displays and has even caught interest from series of topflight clubs in the country.
However, the Porcupine Warriors have always been ahead and reports say, they have already reached an agreement with both the player and his club for personal terms and the fee.
Dwamena, is currently in Kumasi after a successful negotiations and will have his medicals by the close of today and will sign a three year deal subsequently if everything is successful.
Asante Kotoko's preseason continues in Beposo having already engaged Kharis Academy and Cornerstones in a friendly and have lined up another two matches scheduled for Wednesday.
