Nations FC's captain, Emmanuel Boahen, has rallied his teammates to deliver an inspired performance in their upcoming Ghana Premier League match against Asante Kotoko.

This motivation follows a disappointing result in their previous game.

Having recently suffered a loss to Berekum Chelsea, the newly-promoted side is determined to make a strong comeback when they face regional rivals Asante Kotoko at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese.

In preparation for the match, Boahen has encouraged the team to give their all and secure a positive result to rejuvenate their form.

"We have nothing to do than to beat Asante Kotoko. Our performance hasn’t been all than good, so we have to beat Kotoko to boost our season.”

“We have four points from four games so we just have to win to ward off pressure,” he said in an interview cited by Footballghana.

The debutants have collected four points from their first four matches, with one more match yet to be played.
