Bechem United forward, Yaw Arnol, has revealed that management body of the Brong Ahafo based club have assured them of Africa competition next season if only they are able to annex the MTN FA Cup trophy.

The Hunters saw off their opponents Wa Rockets in the semi-finals clash during the weekend at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium after they defeated them by 2-0.

There has been growing fears that, due to financial constraints, Bechem United cannot  honour their slot in participating in Africa's competition next season should they clinch the trophy.

But the 19-year-old has rebuffed such claims as he insists management of his outfit are ready to shoulder any financial responsibilities to enable them play in the prestigious inter-club continental competitions.

"We were able to eliminate Kotoko and Wa Rockets by the support of our management. They've promised us of Africa competition next season as they said they'll put every effort to ensure that we play in Africa next season if only we win the MTN FA Cup against Okwahu United," Arnol told Kumasi-based radio Station Sunsum FM.

He added: "Our coach has done a great job as well as our management and the supporters. They always encourage us a lot and now we're in the finals of the MTN FA Cup of which we want to win it for them."

Bechem United will play second-tier side Okwahu United in the grand finale at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on 28 August, 2016.
