Vision FC head coach, Nana Kweku Agyemang has lashed out at his attackers following their unpersuasive draw against Aduana Stars on Sunday.
The 'Ewooo' hosted the Fire Boys at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Park in Tema in the matchday 9 encounter.
Vision FC, however, recorded a 0-0 draw against the Premier League bottom commoners at their own turf.
Reacting to his team’s victory, Agyemang said the performance of his attackers was quite frustrating, as he was expecting them to step on the gas and nick the goals.
“It is a very disappointing result for the fans. We wanted to win the game for them. In the entire 90 minutes, the opposition didn’t get a single shot on target,” he said.
He noted that they should have killed the game earlier on because they had too many scoring opportunities but were not able to score even one.
“We had four clear chances that we should have buried to win the game. Unfortunately, our attackers let us down.”
The draw for the Ewooo took them to the 11th position with eleven points on the League log, while Aduana bosses the bottom (18th) spot with just five points.
Vision FC will travel to face Hearts of Oak on Friday, November 8, while Aduana host Karela in matchday 10 games this weekend.
