Asante Kotoko forward Albert Amoah has expressed heartfelt gratitude and pride following a remarkable debut campaign with the Porcupine Warriors, capping off the 2024/25 season with silverware and impressive individual accolades.

In a social media post reflecting on his journey, Amoah described the season as an emotional rollercoaster filled with both challenges and triumphs. Despite the team falling short in their Ghana Premier League title chase, Kotoko bounced back to win the 2025 MTN FA Cup, where Amoah played a crucial role.

“What a season 👏🏿🥹 Where do I start, what should I say? Through the ups and downs, we survived,” Amoah wrote.
“First season in the Krobea jersey ❤️🔥
12 goals in the Premier League
3 MVPs
Player of the Month (October)
3 goals in the FA Cup and a trophy.”

The 20-year-old striker was instrumental in Kotoko’s campaign, finishing with 12 goals in the league, 3 goals in the FA Cup, and bagging three Most Valuable Player awards, including October’s Player of the Month honor.

“I am one of them God has shown mercy to. We came, saw and conquered,” he added. “Thank you all for the support. We made this together. May we all be great. We go again.”

Amoah’s contributions were vital in helping Kotoko secure their record-extending 10th FA Cup title and a return to continental football via the CAF Confederation Cup next season.

With his standout performances and strong connection with the fans, Amoah has cemented his place as one of Kotoko’s key players to watch in the upcoming season.
