We will do everything to help you remain in the league- Amanfi West Municipality to FC Samartex

Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Amanfi West Municipality, Hon. Nana Lord Tandoh, has pledged to help Samartex 1996 to stay in the Ghana Premier League.

FC Samartex have won the Division One Zons Two with sixty-eight points, twelve points ahead of second placed Mysterious Dwarfs.

FC Samartex have secured promotion into the Ghana Premier league alongside Kotoku Royals with the third spot yet to be determined between Tamale City and Nsoatreman in a play-off.

Lord Tandoh says the Municipality will support FC Samartex to 'sustain' the Ghana premiership status.

“The Municipal Assembly is ready to give our maximum support to the team in the Ghana Premier League because Samartex represents Wassaman, and we will do everything to sustain the Premier status you've gained," he told the club's media.

“The Municipal Assembly is bent on working on the poor road from Asankrangwa to Samreboi, so that travelling will be comfortable for the players," he revealed.
