Legon Cities FC forward, Fredrick Akatuk sat with their media team for a pre-match interview towards their herculean clash against Nations FC this weekend and has stated they are very prepared and poised for the upcoming challenge.
The Royals haven't really found their rhythm since the commencement of the ongoing campaign leading to the resignation of head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin and are still looking to right all wrongs very soon to return on a higher note.
Akatuk, has been with the capital-based club since last season and is hoping to stay fully fit and bang in the goals just as he always does as the season progresses.
Ahead of the epic clash coming up, the former Black Satellites striker admitted they are facing a very well-organised team but is very optimistic with the kind of preparations they have had so far, they will prevail in Abrankese.
"Preparations towards this game has been very good. We're very motivated, you can see from our training. Everyone is motivated and eager to be in the squad cos this is going to be a tough game for us."
"We're at the bottom of the table now so we're trying our possible best to climb up. We're playing against a very good side but I know if we come together as a team, we can win the game."
The game is slated for 15:00GMT on Saturday, December 21, at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
