Legon Cities captain, Frank Akoto has acknowledged they haven't been at their best recently but added they will playing their hearts out to seek all three points against giants Hearts of Oak this evening.

The Royals have been in shambles at the moment having lost their last four league games with their last win coming against Basake Holy Stars in week 11.

They suffered a very painful 0-1 home loss to Aduana Stars in the last round of matches despite parting ways with head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin and are currently sitting at the foot of the league log with just 11 points after 15 matches.

In a pre-match interview with the club's official media, the 27-year-old admitted they know what is at stake and will offer all they could to secure maximum points tonight.

"Preparation is going well. This our first training ahead of the game and we're preparing vert well for the game.

"We're very much aware of what's going on, we lost our last game and will have to comeback as soon as possible looking at our position on the table. We have nothing to lose than to go all out for all the three points."

The experienced center-back has made 14 league appearances so far this season with a goal to his belt.
