Head coach of Dreams FC, Winfred Dormon has expressed so much displeasure towards their painful home loss to Swedru All Blacks over the weekend and has hugely labelled all the blames to his goalkeeper Gidios Aseako.
Despite leading the game at certain point, the ‘Still Believers conceded last two goals to suffer a 2-3 defeat to the White and Blacks in an entertaining match-day 11 game at the Tuba Astro Turf on Sunday.
IRudolf Mensah struck first to put the visitors ahead in the 21st minute but it didn’t take much for Suraj Seidu to equalize in just four minutes to level the score.
The homesters scored again in the 39th minute courtesy Yaovi Guede to lead for the first time in the game but couldn’t hold on till half-time with Abdul Aziz Adam scoring with a strong hit in the closing minutes to mark a 2-2 scoreline at half-time.
Back from recess, the ‘Ozii Ozaa’ lads returned again on another higher note after scoring in just a minute by Benjamin Adjei to wrap up the victory.
In a post-match interview, enterprising gaffer Dormon didn’t hold back at all having hugely blamed his goalkeeper for the loss
“It is very disappointing, to be honest. This is not the kind of game we expected the players to play. It’s unfortunate that our goalkeeper made some schoolboy errors and gave away three goals. We tried to respond, did some tactical adjustments, but, unfortunately, individual errors have cost us.”
Dreams FC after the defeat have now ended their recent three-game unbeaten run and will travel to Eleven Wonders next.
