Kumasi Sports Academy, a Women's Premier League team, has appointed the experienced coach Prince 'Sabuto' Acheampong as their Head Coach.
Reports indicate that the former coach of Asante Kotoko and King Faisal has signed a renewed two-year contract with the club, taking over from Charles Anokye Frimpong.
Sabuto's primary responsibilities include maintaining the team's status in the league and aiming for a top-four finish in the 2023/24 campaign.
As a Physical Education tutor at Opoku Ware Senior High School, Sabuto brings a wealth of experience to women's football and has previously been in charge of Fabulous Ladies.
Kumasi Sports Academy started their season on a winning note, defeating Pearlpia Ladies 2-1 in the Northern Zone of the Women's Premier League.
