Leicester City manager Steve Cooper has showered praise on Wilfred Ndidi registering two assists in their hard-fought away draw with Crystal Palace on Saturday.
The super Eagles of Nigeria midfielder propelled the Foxes to a 2-2 stalemate with Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park.
Ndidi teed up Jamie Vardy and Stephy Mavididi to have their names on the score sheet to salvage point for the former Premiere winners.
“He did quite a lot of that last season from the analysis I did,” Cooper lauded Ndidi in his post-match interview.
“We have the players to make decisions on certain profiles for certain games in certain positions.
“Wilf delivered , he’s had a long week travelling and there was thought about the international boys, whether they should play or not”
“But Wilf’s got so many Premier League appearances under him, which doesn’t mean you start a game but we felt today we needed that and luckily it showed.”
Ndidi has bagged three assists in four Premier League matches for Leicester City this season.
