Athletico Bilbao youngster Nico Williams has been has made manager Luis Enrique's final 26 man squad ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup which starts in few days time.

The mercurial winger who has a Ghanaian decent will get to play for his country birth at the Mundial whiles senior brother Inaki Williams is also expected to make the Black Stars final squad which will be made official on Monday.

The 20 year old has proven to warrant a place in Spain's final list following his explosive start to the season, having netted 3 goals and 3 assists so far after 14 matches in the Laliga.
 
He made his debut for the La Roja in September against Switzerland and begun establishing himself as a mainstay after sumptuous assist to set up Alvaro Morata for their only goal against Portugal in the UEFA Nations League.
 
Spain are in Group E alongside Costa Rica, Germany and Japan. The competition will kick off on Sunday, November 20, 2022.
