Club Career

Olympique de Marseille (2009–2014)

Jordan made his professional debut for Marseille in 2009 and scored on his debut in a match against Lorient. He spent five seasons with the French giants, gaining valuable top-flight experience. He also had a brief loan spell at Sochaux in 2014.

Lorient and Aston Villa (2014–2017)

In 2014, Ayew joined FC Lorient where he had an impressive season. His performance caught the attention of Premier League clubs, leading to a move to Aston Villa in 2015. He was one of the shining lights during Villa's difficult 2015–16 season, finishing as their top scorer despite their relegation. 

Swansea City (2017–2019)

Ayew moved to Swansea City in January 2017. His consistent performances earned him the club’s Player of the Season award in the 2017–18 campaign, although the team was relegated.

Crystal Palace (2018–2024)

Jordan initially joined Crystal Palace on loan in 2018 before signing permanently in 2019. He became a key part of the squad, known for his tireless work rate and crucial goals. In the 2019–20 season, he finished as the club's top scorer and was named Crystal Palace’s Player of the Season.

Leicester City (2024–Present)

Jordan Ayew joined Leicester City on August 23, 2024, signing a two-year deal for an initial fee of around £5 million. He debuted the next day in a 2–1 Premier League loss to Fulham, and soon after scored his first goal in a 4–0 EFL Cup win over Tranmere Rovers. In October 2024, he marked his first league goal for Leicester with a dramatic stoppage-time winner against Southampton.
