Mexico national team gaffer, Jaime Lozano has heaped praises on his players after the win over Ghana and believes the win is a deserved one.
The Tricolors continued with their dominant invincibility on the Black Stars after another 2-0 loss in an international friendly at the Bank of America Stadium last Sunday midnight.
On-loan SSC Napoli winger Hirvin Lozano opened the scoring account on the 57th minute before substitute Uriel Antuna scored again fifteen minutes later to seal the victory.
Reacting to the win, the 45-year-old says he is impressed with how his lads organized themselves and played in general and believes they deserve to win.
"We gave a lot of value to this issue of how to go out and press, how to defend ourselves better, and it was obvious after what we had suffered on the previous FIFA date," Lozano said
"So, I really liked what I saw today, and I like it even more because of the result. I think that also the great energy that was felt in the stadium, we have to maintain it, we have to try to provoke it as well and that is with good performances, with good plays."
Mexico will face four-time world champions Germany in their next game on Wednesday, October 18, at the Lincoln Financial Field.
