The world football governing body, FIFA has placed an amount of $10,000 for clubs that will contribute players to the mundial in the Gulf region which will see the world coming together in respect of each other through football.

The amount is an increment of 525% of what was given at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, an amount of 1,600 USD distributed to clubs who had players in the tournament.

The one-month event which will have 32 countries battling it out for the prestigious gold trophy at a center stage flooded with talents across the world.

Football clubs in the world will have their players representing their countries at the world stage which comes with a lot of challenges.

And as a form of motivation to aid the clubs in making available the players for the prestigious tournament, Federation for International Football Association, FIFA will be giving clubs $10,000 for each player throughout the tournament.

Ghana Black Stars qualified for the tournament in March 2022 edging pass old foes Nigeria in a 1-1 aggregate to reach the games after missing out in the last edition in Russia.

Ghanaian clubs will be looking forward to having their players make it to Qatar to have some significant amount of monies as their players, should they make the final list, will spend at least 12 days during the group stages which clubs will accrue $120,000 for that period.

Daniel Afriyie Barnie who has had stint with the Black Stars under the tutelage of Otto Addo will be relishing for a berth in the finals for his side Hearts of Oak.

Left back Dennis Nkrumah Korsah who featured for Ghana in a four nation tournament in Japan will be in a pole position for selection for Hearts of Oak.

Asante Kotoko can be relying on goalkeeper Danlard Ibrahim to secure a position in the final 26-man-squad for the tournament in November.

Razak Kasim of Great Olympics, Umar Bashiru are all outstanding players from local clubs who can be tipped to complete the list for the games in Qatar.

As it stands now, local clubs in Ghana will be sweating to have their stars in the final list as league has been injuncted after only three games played for the 2022/23 season.
