Award-winning Ghanaian Dancehall artist Livingstone Etse Satekla, famously known in the showbiz as Stonebwoy, has showed appreciation to former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan for coming to his aid some seven years ago.
The BET award winner made a post on his official Twitter handle earlier this morning speaking about how the Ghana's all time top scorer, funded his surgery years ago, which can roughly be dated back to 2016 but didn't actually reveal what the operation was about.
He's made a sensational progress in his music career since then and has now been recognized as five time Ghana's best Reggae-Dancehall artist at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
In his tweet, he recalled the moment and that great kind gesture from the ex- Sunderland forward and expressed his gratitude to him.
Fast-forward, the 2010 BBC African footballer of the year, also replied and was very proud of himself for having such a kind heart.
Asamoah Gyan despite being a footballer is also known to be a part time singer, with the two collaborating to release a song titled 'Dirty Enemies' which eventually turned out to be a banger in 2018.
