The Black Galaxies of Ghana will play as guests to the Nigerian Super Eagles B this afternoon in the second leg of the 2023 African Nations Championship qualifiers at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
Ghana took a giant step with a 2-0 win over their Nigerian counterparts at the Cape Coast Stadium last Sunday in the first leg and will hope to replicate the same performance this afternoon.
Hearts of Oak forward Daniel Afriyie Barnieh opened the scoring account on the 49th minute from the spot after an epic first half before his club teammate Suraj Seidu sealed the triumph with just four minutes to full time.
The Ghana's home-based national team will set sights on nothing but qualification to the main competition, having appalingly missed out in the last three editions.

On the other hand, the Super Eagles B will play their hearts out this time to ensure they stun their sworn rivals to leave the streets of Nigeria especially the capital in total raptures.
Ghana edged out Benin with a 4-0 on aggregate victory to get into the final qualifying round whiles Nigeria only started from this stage, having had an early walkover.
