Mahmoud Nagy Ahmed Nagy Mosa, an Egyptian referee, has been appointed to officiate the opening game of Ghana's U-23 Africa Cup of Nations against Congo.
He will be supported by his compatriot Sami Mohamed Abouzid Halhal as Assistant I, Adel Abane from Algeria as Assistant II, and Gamouh Youcef from Algeria as the Fourth Referee.
The Match Commissioner for the game will be Issaka Adamou from Niger.
The match is scheduled to take place at the Prince Moulay Sports Complex in Rabat on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at 16:00.
