Central African Republic will host the Black Stars in Morocco, El Jadida precisely, in match-day 9 of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
While it looks highly impossible for the While Beasts to secure qualification, Ghana need just four points from the remaining two matches to qualify to their fifth World Cup.
Central African Republic in the last international window suffered two loses, against Madagascar and Comoros and are currently sitting in fifth position with 5 points.
The Black Stars however, after an embarrassing draw at Chad, managed to beat Mali by 1-0 in Accra to keep and boost their qualification chances.
Due to unfit nature of all stadia in CAR, the game against Ghana will now be played at the Al Abdi Stadium in El Jadida, Morocco, alongside five other matches as announced by the Confederation of African Football.
The game is slated for October 10, 2025, before they return home to play Chad in four days time to wrap up the qualifiers.
