Experienced Ghanaian gaffer, coach JE Sarpong has come out with some criticism for players of the Black Stars, saying they lack the hunger to win matches in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Black Stars of Ghana are lurking on the 3rd position in Group F with just one point after losing 1-0 against Angola and recording a 1-1 draw with Niger.
Ghana had earlier been tipped to qualify from their group.
However, coach arpong think otherwise, saying; "We have played football here against Angola, still everybody said the park wasn’t good. But our team is not competitive, they feel we are playing friendly matches," he stated in an interview with Peace FM.
"No game plan, no tactical approach, the planning that we use to build the Black Stars is not going well.
"Why don’t we do mix-up? Why don’t you pull a few local players who are hungry for success?”
