Black Stars coach Otto Addo and his technical team have excluded Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and Augustine Okrah from the squad list for Central African Republic game, Kickgh.com can exclusively confirm.

The duo have been dropped from the Black Stars travelling squad list for the match-day two of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers slated for June 5th.

The Black Stars contingent are scheduled to fly to Central African Republic for the all-important fixture on Friday evening.
 
Kickgh.com has reliably been told that Hearts of Oak winger Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and Augustine Okrah of Bechem United have been left out of the final squad announced by Coach Otto Addo and his technical team for the Central African Republic encounter.
 
Also, Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo has been omitted from the squad list due to injury while VFL Bochum attacker Christopher Antwi Adjei will be joining the team in Japan for the 2022 Kirin Cup
 
Hearts of Oak defender Dennis Nkrumah Korsah who was handed a late call-up to augment the team was included in the travelling squad list.
 
The Black Stars were off to a flying start on Wednesday following a 3-0 win over Madagascar at the Cape Coast stadium – a win that sent Ghana to the top of Group E as Angola came from behind to beat Central African Republic 2-1 in the other Group E match.
 
Ghana will be participating in the 2022 Kirin Cup in Japan for the 4 -Nation tournament that features Ghana, Tunisia, Chile, and host Japan as part of preparations for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 in November.
