Nurudeen Amadu, head coach of Samartex believes that their CAF Champions League match against Raja Club Athletic on September 15 will be a backbreaking clash.
Amadu's comments comes after Samartex, Ghana Premier League title holders annexed the Champion of Champions title by stunning reigning FA Cup champions Nsoatreman FC.
Speaking to Peace FM, Amadu said; "It will be tough by God’s grace and with the support to work hard.
"We and Nsoatreman should aim to sail through, and if not both, at least one should go through. This match was just a training exercise; the players did well, but there is still room for improvement. Both teams played well, demonstrating that we are all champions."
The 2023/24 Ghana Premier League champions will host Raja Club Athletic on Sunday, September 15 at the Accra Sports Stadium before travelling to Morocco for the return leg on September 20.
