The talented teenager of Beninean descent has put pen to paper on fresh terms over extension with Die Roten, with his new deal set to take him through to 2030 at the Säbener Straße

Bundesliga heavyweights Bayern Munich have announced a four-year contract extension with French-born Beninean starlet Noah Codjo-Evora ahead of the January transfer window.

The 19-year-old centre-forward, who swapped Ligue 1 side FC Annecy for FC Bayern during the summer transfer window of 2024, has improved immensely with the academy system, with such impressive form seeing him graduating from the FCB U19 to the FC Bayern ll ahead of the start of the 2026-27 season.

A statement over the contract extension of the Benin-prospect forward read: ''FC Bayern have secured the long-term services of amateur striker Noah Codjo-Evora, extending the 19-year-old Frenchman's contract, which was due to expire at the end of the season, until June 2030. Codjo-Evora joined the club from FC Annecy in the summer of 2024 and has been part of head coach Dante's squad since this season.''

Head of Sport and Youth Development Michael Wiesinger has said of the teenage sensation to his club's website: ''Noah struggled with injuries during his first two years with us, but is currently a key player for our amateur team and our Youth League squad, delivering consistent performances. We are convinced that his development potential is far from exhausted, and we are therefore very pleased that he will be taking his next steps in men's football with us.”

The 1.94 metre tall striker has so far taken in 17 appearances by racking up 5 goals across all competitions for FC Bayern ll in this ongoing season.

Given his Beninean heritage, the budding star could become a dependable attacking forward for the Benin national football team at the senior level if the Benin Football Federation are able to secure his international allegiances from France to Benin in the near future.
