Ghana’s U15 national team clinched the 2025 Mondialito Promise title in style, defeating Israeli champions Maccabi Tel Aviv 4-1 in the final to lift the coveted trophy.
Under the guidance of Coach Yaw Preko, the young Ghanaian side produced a dominant display throughout the tournament.
After two commanding victories on Day One, they continued their fine form on Day Two with a 2-0 win over Maccabi Petah Tikva, followed by a 4-0 thrashing of Hapoel Tel Aviv to book their place in the final.
Facing Maccabi Tel Aviv for a second time — after beating them in the tournament opener — Ghana once again proved superior in the final.
Goals from Robinho Gavi, James Ofori, Ebenezer Adjei, and Abdulai Aziz Issah sealed the emphatic win, with Maccabi scoring a late consolation.
