Nsoatreman FC's teenage sensation, Foster Apetorgbor, has set his sights on exceeding the achievements of Dreams FC midfielder Abdul Aziz Issah in the CAF Confederation Cup.

The 16-year-old prospect is eager to make a lasting impression in his debut continental competition next season.

Apetorgbor has been inspired by Issah's success with Dreams FC, who reached the semifinals of the CAF Confederation Cup last season. Issah, also just 18 years old, was instrumental in his team's MTN FA Cup victory and emerged as the joint top scorer of the tournament with four goals. He was also named in the young team of the competition.

Determined to surpass Issah's achievements, Apetorgbor said in an interview with Kessben FM: "I'm working hard to surpass Abdul Aziz Issah's achievement in the Confederation Cup with Dreams FC."

Nsoatreman FC will be making their debut in the CAF Confederation Cup after securing their inaugural Ghana FA Cup title. Apetorgbor played a pivotal role in the team's triumph, scoring the decisive penalty in a thrilling final against Bofoakwa Tano.

As a final-year student at Kumasi High School, Apetorgbor has managed to balance his academic commitments with his burgeoning football career.

He joined Nsoatreman FC during the January transfer window and made 17 appearances in the Ghana Premier League, earning two Player of the Month awards for his exceptional performances.
