Medeama SC goalkeeper, Felix Kyei ranks number one in goalkeepers with the most saves so far in the ongoing 2023/24 CAF Champions League.
The list was released this morning by the continent's highest football governing body and Kyei, who has been phenomenal throughout the prelims tops the chat.
The 21-year-old made his presence really felt right on day one having pulled nine crucial stops in their opening fixture against grand masters Al Ahly in Cairo but still lost by 1-0 in the end.
His stellar performances continued in all six matches played and is no surprising he is leading the list with 24 saves which is just incredible.
Despite all his heroics, it has to only stay in the frame of goal as the Mauves and Yellows failed to advance to knockout phase, having won just one, drew two and suffered three loses from the six matches played in the group stage.
Felix Kyei, currently is undoubtedly the best goalkeeper on local scene, and is hoping to continue with his fine form as the season progresses.
