Black Stars coach, Otto Addo, has complained bitterly about the bad state of the Baba Yara Stadium pitch.
The venue hosted Ghana's 2025 AFCON qualifier against Angola on Thursday.
The game ended in a 1-0 defeat with the loss ending Ghana’s unbeaten 24-year unbeaten streak in Kumasi.
Speaking after the game, Otto Addo expressed his disappointment at the state of the Baba Yara Stadium pitch.
“I don’t like to do this but the pitch to be honest, the guys did really well in the second half to control the game. We have to work on the pitch to get better because it is very difficult and also because mistakes can happen.”
Ghana will travel to Morocco and take on Niger on Monday, September 9.
