Head coach of Black Stars, Otto Addo says his team are favourites to secure a win over Niger in their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Ghana will come up against the Ménas in their second Group F game of the continental qualifiers today (Monday), September 9, at the Stade Municipal de Berkane with kick-off slated at 16:00GMT.
Speaking ahead of the crunch encounter, Otto Addo stated; "This game, we are surely the favourites and I am very, very confident that we will win this game. But in football, anything can happen.
"We saw it last time against Angola, the way the game looked. I never thought we would lose this game, but in football now there is no weak opponent.
"So we have to be focused, we have to be concentrated, we have to do our job. Then the probability that we win is very, very high."
The Black Stars kick-started their campaign with a 1-0 defeat against Angola last Thursday at the Baba Yara Stadium.
