Assistant coach of the Super Eagles B Usman Abdallah, is optimistic in the team’s chances of featuring in the 2022 Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) in Algeria.

After being thumped 2-0 in the first leg by the Black Galaxies of Ghana at the Cape Coast stadium, the home-based Super Eagles face an horrific task of qualifying to the continental showpiece with the second leg slated to come off in Abuja on Saturday, September 3.

While preparing for his second leg with his team, Abdallah has raffle on the Super Eagles, indicating they 'have all it takes' to qualify for the CHAN tournament.

“With the crop of players currently in camp, we have all it takes to qualify for the CHAN in Algeria," he told News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

“We have a good set of players from the local league, some of them have played in the main super Eagles, so the exposure is there,” he added.

The Black Galaxies will look forward to get a positive result in Abuja and make a return to the competition, having failed to qualify to the CHAN since 2014.
