Head coach of the CHAN Eagles of Nigeria, Daniel Ogunmodede has unveiled his 18-man squad for the upcoming African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers playoff round against Ghana's Black Galaxies in a double header.
The selected squad comprises of a perfect blend of seasoned veterans, exciting young talents, and standout performers from various leagues across the country setting the stage for a formidable challenge against their Ghanaian counterparts.
The squad was led by the vastly experienced 44-year-old Rabiu Ali of Kano Pillars - who has already featured in two CHAN tourneys alongside Remo Stars right-back Ismail Sadiq, who has also earned a call-up to Nigeria's senior national team.
The first leg of the highly anticipated encounter is scheduled to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, 22nd December 2024.
