Ghanaian star Abass Issah will be joining Portuguese side Deportivo de Chaves after leaving Mainz 05 in the German Bundesliga, reports indicate.
The youngster is having his medicals with the club in Portugal and will sign a long turn deal successful.
The former Asokwa Deportivo player will be joining his seventh club in his career after featuring for clubs like FC Utretch, FC Twente all in the Netherlands, NK Olimpia, Rijeka FC including Mainz 05.
It is expected that the Portuguese side will officially announce the deal to confirm the player's capture in the immediate time.
Abass Issah, who once played for the Black Meteors of Ghana, has scored 32 career goals in 122 outings.
