The Ghanaian midfielder scored the opening goal as Moreirense held Penafiel FC to a 1-1 draw in the Liga Portugal 2.
Ofori's 32nd-minute strike on Saturday was cancelled out by Portuguese striker Edi Semedo at the Estádio Municipal 25 de Abril.
Ofori forced a good save from Brazilian goalkeeper Caio Gobbo Secco in the 27th minute and five minutes later the 24-year-old poked the ball past Secco to give Moreirense the lead. It was the former WAFA SC midfielder's second goal in 7 appearances for 'The Green and whites'.
Edi Semedo scored an equalizer in the 54th minute as Penafiel recovered from a 1-0 deficit to draw 1-1 and salvaged a point for the Rubro-Negros (Red-and-Blacks).
Duth-born Ghanaian left-back Godfried Ayesu Owusu Frimpong came close to shooting Moreirense upfront but his attempt flared wide.
Moreirense are currently sitting atop of the league log with 19 points after seven round of matches this season.
