Ghanaian striker, Abdul Aziz Yakubu enjoying life in Japan already having scored in his second consecutive game for Shimizu S-Pulse in their emphatic 3-0 home win over Ventforet Kofu in match-day 27 of the J2 League earlier this morning.
Surprisingly, the 25-year-old in all two matches scored, had to rise from the bench and did same today after he was introduced on the 83rd minute to replace Koya Kitagawa.
Brazilian duo of Carlinhos Junior and Lucas Braga got the opening two goals on the 32nd and 57th minutes respectively to put the Oranges ahead.
In the dying embers, Abdul Aziz Yakubu netted the third goal to hand his side a convincing 3-0 win to mark his second and will be looking forward to getting more as the season progresses.
The win has now seen Shimizu S-Pulse maintain the top position on the league table with 58 points with 11 matches to go and will qualify into the Japan topflight should they maintain the same momentum.
They will play as guests to Kagoshima United next Saturday, August 24.
