Black Stars winger, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku was explosive for Sporting CP in their emphatic victory over AFC Ajax U19 in the UEFA Youth Champions League.
The Green and Whites recorded a 5-1 victory over the Young Jews to book a spot in the quarter final of the competition.
The 18 year old opened the scoring account on the 36th minute with a very beautiful hit from outside the box after cutting in from the right flanks.
He doubled the lead on the 73rd minute before completing his hatrick six minutes later, that's Rodrigo Ribeiro had already made it three. Mateus Fernandes sealed the win with three minutes to full time.
After topping Group D ahead of Frankfurt, Tottenham Hotspur and Marseille with 14 points, the Sporting CP U-19 side have now cruised into the final eight of the tourney hoping to have their hands gripped on the coverted trophy this time.
Abdul Fatawu Issahaku since joining the Portuguese giants last season, has been amazing and mostly gets a call up into the first team of which he hopes to become one of manager Rúben Amorim's favourites at the Estadio Jose Alvalade.
