The San Siro Stadium outfit are set to test the patience of the German top-flight campaigners over the signature of their Ghanaian widesman ahead of the upcoming transfer window

Italian Serie A heavyweights AC Milan have set sights on German-born Ghanaian winger Jamie Leweling and are expected to make an approach for his services in the January transfer window, a report from the Italian media has claimed.

The 23-year-old, who recently penned a contract extension with German Bundesliga side VfB Stuttgart, has popped up on the radar of the Milan-based club in an effort to prise him away from his current employers this winter.

According to Italian tabloid La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian top guns have lined up the Ghanaian winger and AS Monaco winger Maghnes Akliouche in a bid to reinforce their attacking options with their acquisition next month.

The former Union Berlin flanksman has been an important figure at the MHP Arena and his impact has so far greatly been felt given his recent fresh terms handed to him by the German outfit.

Since linking up with his current employers on a permanent deal during the summer of 2024, the former pVgg Greuther Fürth man has so far lived up to his billings in the German top-flight.

He has so far netted once and assisted two in 15 games across all competitions for VfB Stuttgart in this ongoing Bundesliga 2024/25 season.

He has represented the Germany senior national team in the Uefa Nations League in October this year.
