Ghana youth international, Alex Opoku Sarfo has signed a contract extension with Cypriot topflight side Aris Limassol FC until 2028 following his outstanding and consistent performance.
The 19-year-old joined the The Light Brigades in the 2023 winter transfer window from Ghanaian second division side Benab FC- where he spent some years to go through proper development before acknowledging the European spell early last year.
Sarfo, was loaned out to AEK Zakakiou last season and really had an impressive spell where he made 32 appearances in the league giving him the exposure he needs to flourish in the Cypriot First League.
The former Black Meteors midfielder has now returned to his mother club and had a great pre-season including a good start to the new season and has now signed a new two-year deal which will keep him at the Alphamega Stadium for four more years.
Alex Opoku Sarfo has currently featured in their opening two league matches and is expected to be in action again this weekend against Omonia Aradippou.
