The 20-year-old youngster has completed his transfer switch to the Austrian top-flight outfit in this current football campaign
Austrian Bundesliga side Wolfsberger AC have secured the services of Ghanaian midfielder Godwin Agbevor from West African Football Academy (WAFA).
The promising rising star was captured together with Burkina Faso defender Faad Sana following their successful trials with the youth ranks since the beginning of the new football season.
Announcing the deal, those in charge of the Lavanttal-Arena campaigners have said the duo will be spending time with the reserve side in order to continue with their development as budding stars: "In return, Faad Sana and Godwin Agbevor will be given professional contracts. The two talents from Burkina Faso and Ghana have been training with the amateur team since the start of the season and have been recommended for a professional contract in recent weeks."
"The 21-year-old full-back Faad Sana comes to Lavanttal from Planete Foot in Togo and the attacking midfielder Godwin Agbevor, like Augustine Boakye, comes to Wolfsberg from the West African Football Academy in Ghana. Both talents will continue to be developed with the amateurs."
"Welcome to Lavanttal, Faad and Godwin!"
