The Belgian second-tier outfit have landed the loan services of the defender until the end of this current campaign
Ghanaian defender Abdul Baaki Awudu has joined Belgian Challenger Pro League side RWD Molenbeek on a season-long loan deal from UAE side Arabian Falcons FC, the club have confirmed.
The 21-year-old clinched the deal following his outstanding performances during his trial sessions.
Announcing the loan deal with the Ghana-prospect stopper, the relegated Belgian top-flight side have said via X: "✍️Our latest transfer window update. After a successful trial period, Awudu becomes a RWDM player. He comes to us on loan for a season from Arabian Falcons FC. Welcome, Awudu #RWDM #AbdulAwudu #TransferWindow👋."
The Edmond Machtens Stadium campaigners are likely to make the deal permanent should he live up to expectations at the end of the season.
Awudu is yet to earn his international cap with the Ghana men's senior national team, the Black Stars.
