Ajax gaffer, Alfred Schreuder has defended his decision to start Mohammed Kudus over Brian Brobbey upfront as he insists he doesn't care if they they sack him.
He emphasised that losing to Napoli in the Champions wasn't about Mohammed Kudus or Brian Brobbey but just have so much quality.
Ghana versatile midfielder Mohammed Kudus has displaced Brian Brobbey from the number 9 role at Ajax.
Mohammed Kudus have been in a sensational form since his failed move to English Premiership side Everton failed in the summer.
Kudus and Brobbey have scored eight and six goals in fourteen games respectively this season for Ajax.
Three of the 22-year-old Kudus goals have come in the UEFA Champions League.
Alfred Schreuder insists that Kudus isn't a bad option as a striker as he calls the bluff of Ajax bosses.
"If I don't get the time from Ajax... I couldn't care less! Then they have to sack me! Mohammed [Kudus] as a striker... eight goals in eight/nine games," he said as quoted by AFC AJax Twitter.
"You can't tell me he's a bad option as a striker. Losing to Napoli is not about Kudus or Brian [Brobbey]! Napoli just has more quality!"
Kudus Mohammed is expected to feature for Ghana at the World Cup in Qatar.
