Ghanaian midfielder Umar Bashiru has been included in the Ethiopian Premier League team of match-week following his stellar debut against Legetafo Legedadi over the weekend.
The 25 year old scored in just few minutes from his debut to power Insurance FC to a sweet victory earlier today.
Insurance FC marmalized Legetafo Legedadi by a resounding 4-1 at the Bahir Dar Stadium in match-week 3 of the 2022/23 Ethiopian Premier League campaign.
The lanky midfielder scored with a beautiful scorpion connection from a free kick on the 22nd minute to double his side's lead after they had gone in front 14 minutes earlier.
They are currently sitting 3rd on the Ethiopian topflight log with 6 points after three matches and will play as guests to Welayta Dicha in their next game on Friday, October 21, 2022.
