Andre Ayew has encouraged his struggling Le Havre teammates to keep believing in themselves following their 2-1 defeat to Strasbourg last Sunday.

The 33-year-old was brought on to make an appearance in the away defeat at the Stade de la Meinau, which was Le Havre's third French Ligue 1 consecutive defeat.

Ayew struck a positive note on Instagram, saying: "We don't lower our heads, we continue our path together."

The Ghana captain also acknowledged the club fans for their unflinching support, revealing his excitement to be back in action after serving a one-match suspension.
